Depending on the version of the InformaCast Virtual Appliance you are starting from, you must download one or more upgrade package files. These downloads are restricted 
to end-users with Active Support Maintenance Contracts and/or authorized Singlewire Partners/Resellers.
To upgrade to the latest version, 15.0.2, you must be running InformaCast 12.5.1 or above
InformaCast 11.5.x, 12.0.x, or 12.1.1 can be upgraded to any version up to 12.17.1 and then upgraded to the latest.
InformaCast 12.5.1 - 15.0.1 Virtual Appliance to Current Version

Follow streamlined upgrade steps as detailed in Upgrade InformaCast 12.0.1 and Later
Note: You cannot Upgrade Through Webmin from 12.1.1. If you upgrade from InformaCast 12.1.1 to the current version, you cannot do so through Webmin. You will have to use InformaCast’s command-line interface (CLI). Instructions for performing this upgrade can be found here.
InformaCast 12.1.1, 12.0.x Virtual Appliance to Current Version
Download two files to upgrade to the current version. First, upgrade to 12.17.1 successfully, then proceed.
Follow streamlined upgrade steps as detailed in Upgrade InformaCast 12.0.1 and Later
Note: You cannot Upgrade Through Webmin from 12.1.1. If you upgrade from InformaCast 12.1.1 to the current version, you cannot do so through Webmin. You will have to use InformaCast’s command-line interface (CLI). Instructions for performing this upgrade can be found here.
InformaCast 11.5.x Virtual Appliance to Current Version
Download and attach one ISO file to upgrade to 12.17.1, and download one upg file. You must upgrade to 12.17.1 successfully before proceeding.
InformaCast 11.0.x, 9.1.1 Virtual Appliance to Current Version
Download one package file, attach one ISO file to upgrade to 12.17.1. and download one upg file:

Download two package files and attach one ISO file to upgrade to 12.17.1, and download one upg file:
These will need to be uploaded in the exact order as they are listed, as detailed in Install New Software Package(s)
